At the Network of Advocacy for Youth Empowerment (NAYE), we are passionate about empowering children, adolescent girls, young women, and youth to reach their full potential and create a brighter future for all. As a feminist and youth-led organization, we are committed to promoting the rights of marginalized communities and addressing the social issues that affect them.

Our thematic areas of work focus on Livelihood, Education, Child Protection/Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), Health-Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), Youth Empowerment and Mentorship/Safe Spacing for Adolescent Girls, and Human Rights Promotion and Defending. We believe that by working together with our partners and stakeholders, we can create a world where every individual can live a life free from violence, discrimination, and poverty.

As a reliable and credible organization in Sierra Leone, we have built strong networks with various coalitions and networks that align with our thematic areas of operation. Our membership includes the Sierra Leone Adolescent Girls Network, Girls Education Movement (GEM), Coalition for Girls Education, Not In My Name Network, Human Right Commission as Public Relations Organization for Kambia District, Community of Practice (COP) and the Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Coalition IN Sierra Leone, National Elections Watch (NEW), YOUTH-LED Advocacy for Tobacco Control in Africa Coalition etc.
